Power modules range from low to high voltages, and can be either soldered construction for low cost or compression construction for high reliability. Current offerings include isolated diode and thyristor modules as well as plastic encapsulated power MOSFETs. Short lead time and exceptional quality provide the flexibity to the customers.
Our AlSiC partner offers a unique 3D printing technology which allows AlSiC to be used for more than the traditional baseplates and heat sinks. 3D Printing allows virtually limitless designs and complex parts. Now if you can imagine it you can have the advantages of low expansion, high strength, and high thermal conductivity that AlSiC affords. All with high quality and reasonable costs.
